Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we always try to keep a few tables available for walk-ins. During the warmer months, we typically have more availability for those without reservations.

Can I bring my dog??

Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome, both inside and outside our restaurant.

Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes! Our kitchen is happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. To ensure we meet your specific needs, we recommend getting in touch before your booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Can I make a reservation for a large group?

For private bookings, we can accommodate up to 24 guests for lunch or dinner, or host standing receptions for up to 30 guests. Please refer to our private hire pack for more details on large group bookings.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us manage our bookings and offer the table to other guests.

How long in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.

Are your toilets accessible?

We have a dedicated prestige portaloo for our customers, located outside. However, please be aware that, due to its external location, it may occasionally be unavailable due to weather conditions. Unfortunately, the portaloo does not have disabled access, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is parking available nearby?

While we don’t have allocated parking, there is paid parking available on the Harbour Arm.

Will my reservation be canceled if the weather is too severe?

Our restaurant is located on Margate’s iconic stone pier, a beautiful spot often affected by the weather. Due to the unique nature of the building and its exposure to the elements, we may need to cancel or modify reservations in cases of severe weather. We will notify you in advance if this occurs, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
