Sargasso is a restaurant and bar on the Harbour Arm in Margate with a focus on ingredient led coastal cooking and a wine list list that showcases small independent producers. Over the summer the space hosts guest chefs and a regular programme of different Djs.

CHEF DE PARTIE
Sargasso is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. All applicants are welcome and at all levels. What we are looking for is someone that shares in our passion for quality ingredient led cooking. Our kitchen team has years of experience in some of the best restaurants in the UK and we are keen to help the right person grow along side our newly expanding team. Come enjoy the sunshine and seaside views whilst working for an enthusiastic, experienced and professional team on the Margate Harbour Arm this summer.
