We are extremely excited to announce our first kitchen takeover. Byron Fini will be working in collaboration with Marcelo to create a one off three course menu priced at £45 per person. You can expect Byron to be paying homage to his time spent at Peg, he will be bringing Japanese inspired technics and flavours expertly paired with our local seafood and Kentish produce. The set menu will include three sharing starters, a main course and a dessert each. Apologies in advance but we will not be able to cater to any dietary requirements.

In the evening we will be hosting Ghost Notes Worldwide, record label owners and NTS radio regulars for an evening of music. If you caught their set last year then you know whats up, expect anything from dancehall to hip hop. Byron also has our late night snack covered and will be providing pork katsu curry sandos with a king oyster mushroom veggie option.
